We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
If you delete your User Contributions from the Website, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or might have been copied or stored by other Website users. Proper access and use of information provided on the Website, including User Contributions, is governed by our terms and conditions.

18. User Data Deletion
If you wish to no longer store your previously collected data with us in order to use our platform you can do this by going within the App to Profile/Settings/Delete Profile.
We generally retain your personal information for as long as is necessary for the performance of the contract between you and us, to comply with our legal obligations, and as permitted by applicable law.
You have the right to ask us to delete your personal information, subject to certain limitations and restrictions. Please note that if you request the erasure of your personal information:
We may retain your personal information as necessary for our legitimate business interests, such as prevention of money laundering, fraud detection, and prevention and enhancing safety. For example, if we suspend an DineAtMine account for fraud or safety reasons, we may retain information from that DineAtMine account to prevent that Member from opening a new DineAtMine account in the future.
We may retain and use your personal information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations. For example, DineAtMine and DineAtMine Payments may keep your information for tax, legal reporting and auditing obligations. Information you have shared with others (e.g., Reviews, forum postings) will continue to be publicly visible on DineAtMine, even after your DineAtMine account is cancelled. However, attribution of such information to you will be removed. Some copies of your information (e.g., log records) will remain in our database, but are disassociated from personal identifiers.Because we maintain DineAtMine to protect from accidental or malicious loss and destruction, residual copies of your personal information may not be removed from our backup systems for a limited period of time.
